クエリストリングの付いているリンク

クエリストリング「?」の付いているリンクをインデックス化するためには、
明示的に、IncludeするようにCrawl Ruleを設定する必要があるらしい。

それだけだと、「Content for this URL is excluded by the server because a no-index attribute. 」
となってしまうので、「Follow links on the URL without crawling the URL itself」のチェックははずす必要がある。
